For a Healthy Neighborhood

Crime Prevention and Personal Safety Seminars

Mid-America Crime Free, Inc., is a charitable corporation which provides free seminars to owners of rental property to reduce crime and develop safer neighborhoods. We participate and train police officers and property owners in the Crime Free Multi-Housing program. This program is being implemented in hundreds of cities in the U.S. and Canada.

Mid-America Crime Free is the product of police officers and lawyers in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska. The officers and lawyers are available to provide free training in these states. The Crime Free Multi-Housing program is the only program in which landlords, police officers, and lawyers exchange information and training.

The Seminars Include Classes on:
Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED)
How to Screen Applicants
What Provisions Should Be in Your Lease to Protect Your Property?
Drug Awareness: What Are The Warning Signs of Drug Activity? What Does a Methamphetamine Lab Look Like?
Evictions for Delinquent Rent, Lease Violations, or Drug Activity
